Finish checked before painting
The right repair depends on the cause, depth, moisture and surrounding surface. Photos help us plan; larger or underlying issues may need a separate assessment.
From the first photo to a smoother wall.
Show us the wall
Send a photo of the whole area, a close up of the damage and your postcode. Tell us what happened if you know.
Agree the repair
We discuss the likely preparation, what is included and whether the wall needs a closer look before confirming the price.
Make good and check
We complete the agreed repair, smooth the surrounding area and check the finish with you.
Before we
get started
Send a photo of the whole wall and a close up of the damage, plus your postcode. Include something to show the scale and tell us whether the area has been painted, wallpapered or affected by moisture.
Usually these can be assessed from clear photos. Send the full wall and close up views so we can see the number and size of the holes and what the surrounding surface is like.
Some ordinary surface cracks can be made good, but the right approach depends on their size, pattern and cause. Send photos and tell us whether they are new, changing or linked to moisture.
Tell us what finish you need when you enquire. Painting can be discussed as part of the agreed work, but colour, age and surrounding texture can affect how a local repair blends.
Let us know and include clear photos. A cosmetic repair may not be suitable until the source and condition of the wall have been assessed, so we’ll discuss the scope before confirming the work.
This page is for ordinary internal wall repairs. External walls, structural damage, specialist finishes and larger replastering work need to be identified at enquiry so the scope can be checked separately.
